Adoption Process

I am so happy with our beautiful addition! He is very gentle and affectionate and loves our family. His favorite thing is snuggling and we love that! He is very calm and playful. He has no energy leaks and sleeps up to 13 hours at night.

Our family is extremely pleased with our handsome new addition!

Adopt

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, fill out our online application. We will contact you to go over the application and make sure that it's exactly what you are looking for. If it's right, we'll make sure you get first pick to meet the dog.

All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, current on their health exams and wormings, up to date on shots, dewormed, and on heartworm preventative (if they are older than 4-5 weeks).

We want our pets to be healthy and happy!

$150 adoption fee covers the above mentioned items as well as any health issues that are noticed. We also cover up to a year of any medications the dog might need while you are caring for them.

Adoption fees include: Spay/Neuter, Vaccinations, Health Exam, Heartworm Preventative, De-worming, Worming, Microchip, Heartworm Test (when necessary), Nutritional Consultation, 30 days of free Health Monitoring and Follow-up (by phone or email), a 30 days of free vet health visits (no emergency visits), and a $100 gift card to one of our favorite local restaurants.

The adoption process for your new pet begins with a meeting between the adoptive parents and their prospective new family member. During that meeting, you'll be able to get to know your new furry family member and assess whether the two of you will be a good match. If you decide to adopt, the process continues with our dog walkers who will walk you through the adoption process. We provide each potential adopter with a questionnaire so that they can describe their personalities and preferences to the new member of their family. This will help our dog walkers choose the best match for you and your family. If you're a match, we will be in touch to confirm the adoption.

As a nonprofit organization, we are unable to offer a refund for your adoption application. If we are unable to find a suitable companion for you, you will be notified if you have been matched. Please notify us if you decide to go another way.

* Our puppies are not ready for new homes until they are 8-10 weeks old. If you would like a puppy younger than that, we can consider an adoption if you live in the area or would be willing to fly in to be with your puppy. Please contact us to discuss.

We have several breed profiles available for our dogs. You can view these here.

*Our dogs are in foster homes, not in kennels. We do not breed or sell dogs, we provide them for adoption. They are available for adoption after being fostered.

I have had one or more of our puppies. I highly recommend them. The puppies are raised in a loving, healthy environment and well socialized. They are socialized as puppies from day one to a good age.
